Very often, clients who have engaged our services for CMS or eCommerce will come to the issue of uploading of photos which are not as sharp

The reason is due to the dimension of the photo. If a photo has dimension 120 x 150 pixel, uploading a photo with dimension of 200 x 200 pixel will cause distortion.

In this case, you have to upload photos with dimension of [240 x 300 pixel] format or [180 x 225 pixel] format, in the correct proportion.

After nearly a year of much anticipation, Google has finally launched “Google Checkout”. The new payment solution is intended for online merchants to offer their customers a more robust payment gateway. However, Google checkout is available for US citizens only, while Paypal is available worldwide. The downside for paypal is that it does not offer payment in Singapore currency.

After Google Checkout was launched in June this year, eBay reacted strongly by first updating their accepted payment policy to exclude Google checkout as a payment service on eBay. Since eBay is one of Google’s biggest customers for Adword, there are also speculations that eBay may cut down its marketing budget on Adwords.

You may want to find out more at http://checkout.google.com. But like I mentioned, its only available for US citizens at the moment. We do not know when will Google extend its service to the rest of the world.
